Globeneed RETURNS and EXCHANGE Policy

RETURNS

We have a 30 day return or exchange policy on all our General & Globeneed products. As for GN-Initiative products, please refer to the conditions mentioned under each product’s GN-Initiative tab before buying. They are mostly exempt from being returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item:

  • Must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • They must be in original condition
  • For clothing, unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging

Items that are exempt from being returned:

  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Health and Personal Care items
  • GN-Initiative products

Please include a receipt or proof of purchase when returning.

HOW To RETURN?

  • Circle or mark the items that you want to return from the packing slip we send.
  • Include the packing slip with the returning item/s.
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

As GN-Initiative products, please refer to the conditions mentioned under each product’s GN-Initiative tab before buying. Some of them would allow you return for an exchange. Unfortunately, based on the nature of the Initiative, we are unable to offer any refunds as products are sold in-view of supporting micro-businesses run by the underprivileged and people with disabilities to make ends meet. Thank you for your understanding.

Please allow 3-5 working days for any refunds to appear in your account. Contact us at shop@globeneed.com if it exceeds 5 working days and you have not received the refund.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@globeneed.com and send your item to:

SHIPPING

We will provide a return address upon request.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
